Today, we went to Guggenheim Museum, it is amazing because the architecture looks very nice and inside the museum, you can see it is unique ramp gallery extends up from ground level in a long. I research the designer is Frank Loyal Wright.
The first one is Vasily Kandinsky’s work, the name is Several Circles. The importance of circles in this painting prefigures the dominant role they would play in many subsequent works. The second work is made by Alexander Calder, the work name is Yucca(1941), I think his works are type of moving sculpture made with delicately balanced or suspended shapes that move in response to touch or air currents.
For this work is made by Pablo Picasso, the name is The End of the Road(1989-99). When I first saw this painting, I felt a little bit sad because these people looks very poor and the colour let the painting more sad and depressed. I very like Picasso’s work because you can from his colour to understand what emotion he wants to create.
